Launched in 2020, the year of Covid-19, Raigime is a culmination of Railene’s specialist skills, timing and opportunity in the market. A new regime, or ‘raigime’ in which the business of tender-writing is conducted by an expert contractor operating remotely. Reduced overheads; greater affordability.

Railene began proving her marketing and promotions prowess at Immedia! PR, Ticketek and Time Warner.
She expanded these, along with her love of sport, with management positions at the National Rugby League and Sydney United S.C, as well as administration for PGA Golf.
From 2009, her resume became even more impressive.
Rising up through the ranks, coordinating and leading bid strategy and submissions teams, Railene worked for Abigroup Contractors, SMEC Australia, Ventia and McConnell Dowell.
From early 2019 to 2020, Railene was with Cardno as APAC Bids Leader in Clients and Growth, moving to Program Manager in Advisory – APAC Strategy and Growth.
In mid-2020, in response to Covid-19, Raigime was born.
Railene is professionally accredited with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals – the global standard for proposal management competency. This is the world’s first and only industry-recognised certification for bids and proposals. APMP certification is the global standard for developing and demonstrating proposal management competency.
Railene is passionate about city shaping, regional development and population decentralisation. She also loves dogs, and enjoys belly-dancing and Zumba.
